These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlansScope (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

PlansScope lets businesses securely store benefits-plan documents and ask questions answered by an AI assistant using only the documents in their account. The Service is provided for general informational purposes to help your team understand plan information.

Not medical, legal, tax, or insurance advice

Answers provided by the assistant are general information drawn from the documents you upload. They are not medical, legal, tax, or insurance advice, and they do not determine actual coverage. Your official plan documents and your insurance carrier always govern actual benefits and claims. Always confirm specifics with your HR team, plan administrator, or carrier.

Accounts and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree not to upload individual medical records or other protected health information (PHI), or any content you do not have the right to use.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other accounts' data, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant PlansScope the limited rights necessary to store and process that content to provide the Service to you (for example, extracting text so the assistant can answer your questions). We do not use your documents to answer other businesses' questions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and including the accuracy or completeness of any answer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlansScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlansScope is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
